We finally started back up in-person classes this past week after Covid cases have gone back down. It's good to have a professor and classmates in the same room! It was a very rainy week, and the NSE sailing and snorkeling trip we had planned was postponed till next weekend. I stayed busy though and did some cleaning, grocery shopping, and caught up on homework. I haven't been able to snorkel the past few days, but I did run down to the beach in the rain and took a short swim. I started at the coral lab and learned how to clean and disinfect the coral tables, and learned some new species. We also had some NSE students from the St. Croix campus transfer to St. Thomas, so that's exciting to meet some new people!
